Clonorchis sinensis can present some surgical disease such as cholangiohepatitis, cholangitis, obstructive jaundice, cholelithiasis, pancreatitis, liver cancer.
Common bile duct obstruction due to clonorchis sinensis has been reported is the past. Presented here is a 41 years old man presenting common, bile duct obstruction due to clonorchis sinensis performed cholecystectomy, T-tube drainage and sphiacterdtomy for internal drainage.
A brief review of literature was made.
